Strangers are friends, yet to meet

Just back from Town :)

Had a belated birthday celebration for Lingyuan, together with Gerl & Violet! Initial plan was to have dimsum at Victors kitchen but in the end we settled for Saveur at Far East Plaza which was good too! Gerl & Lingyuan met for first time today, friends x friends hehe :)

Saveur's Pasta- A signature of Saveur's, pasta tossed with chilli oil, fine-chopped Japanese konbu & sakura ebi with minced pork sauce ($4.90)

Duck Confit- Duck leg confit, homemade mashed potato, sauteed shitake mushroom, orange segments & orange infused natural jus ($10.90)

Foie Gras- Pan-seared duck liver served w1th apple-infused port wine and vanilla bean ($9.90)

Pork- Pork belly served with creamy green lentils, soft boiled egg & natural jus ($10.90)

Chicken- A roulade of chicken thigh stuffed with foie gras-infused chicken farce, creamy basmati rice & parmesan sauce ($9.90)

I had Saveur's pasta for the starters & duck confit for mains! The price is really affordable considering it's French cuisine & I'm going back again because it's really good imo. Sucker for good food lol. Violet baked red velvet cupcakes (read more #violetbakes) for the birthday girl, lighted candle for her to make her a wish! What we girls do best: camwhore. So beware of photospam ahead!

Anyway, being the cheapo auntie, I went over to Kikki K because I've a $10 welcome voucher that requires no minimum spending, just have to register your email with Kikki K for the voucher hehe. Bought cutie pens for $12.90 (pkt of 5) but I paid only $2.90, totally worth it! Everyone go sign up and be member too hahaha.
